- 1/3 Kahlua
- 1/3 Baileys Irish Cream
- 1/3 Grand Marnier
Mixing Method: Shake
- Scoop a mixing glass 3/4 full with ice.
- Add all ingredients except the garnish.
- Cover with shaker cap and shake well.
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Although the B52 began as a layered shooter, this shaken version is popular with guests who prefer to savor the drink, as opposed to gulping it down in one shot. For the shooter, build it in a 2 ounce pony glass. Add the Kahlua first. Float the Baileys on top of the Kahlua. Then float the Grand Marnier on top of the Baileys. Serve it straight up.
